STEAKS ARE TYPICALLY CUT 1 INCH THICK AND 1 PER PACKAGE FOR LARGE STEAKS. 2 PER PACKAGE FOR SMALLER STEAKS. ROASTS ARE TYPICALLY 3-4LBS

GROUND BEEF COMES IN 1LB PACAKGING

All balances are due in full at the time of pickup and are based upon the animal’s hanging weight plus the cost of processing.

The butcher we use is Lonsdale Country Market. You can arrange to pick up the beef when it’s ready at the butcher.
